Turning 30, Taking Control, and Building Freedom

For years, I worked in some of the world’s top companies, dedicating my time, skills, and energy to building someone else’s success. I climbed the corporate ladder, gained valuable experience, and mastered business, marketing, and sales, but something was missing.

On my 30th birthday, I made a decision: it was time to build something of my own.

That’s where 302 Shero began: a project that isn’t about starting from zero but about leveraging everything I’ve learned over the years to create a business that gives me financial and geographical freedom. This isn’t just about me—it’s about showing that anyone with the right knowledge and mindset can do the same.

302 Shero is a documented journey, from corporate life to complete freedom.

The idea is simple: use what you already have,your skills, your experience, your drive, and turn it into a scalable online business. I’m not just talking about building a business, I’m showing exactly how I’m doing it. No fluff, no fake promises, just real execution and results.

Why 302 Shero ?

The name 302 Shero carries deep meaning:

30 represents the moment this journey began, on my 30th birthday. But more importantly, it symbolizes the fact that I’m not starting from zero. I have skills, experience, and insights that give me an advantage, and this project is about using them to their full potential.
"Shero" is a play on "She" and "Hero", because this is a journey of empowerment, ownership, and breaking barriers. The term "Shero" has been used in pop culture (notably in Emily in Paris), and it perfectly represents my approach: a woman taking charge of her future, rewriting the rules, and proving that success isn’t just for the traditional players.
"From 0 to Hero" is the core mindset behind this journey: you don’t have to start from scratch, you just have to start smart.

The First Business: Passive Income with Digital Products on Etsy

Etsy was my first source of passive income. It was the moment I realized I could earn money in a way that was more profitable, automated, and scalable than traditional work.

At first, I was just experimenting. But when I saw the results: earning income without actively trading my time, I knew I had found something powerful. That’s when I decided to share my experience and teach others how to do the same.
